All sculptures, florals and artwork are handmade from a variety of sugar and chocolate modeling paste I’ve made in the shop; the sugar pieces are edible- and some clients adore their sugar sculptures, such as mini shoes or baseball hats— so much– they keep them indefinitely as cherished memories of their fabulous event!

Chocolate is imported from Belgium, the extracts from all over the world….never sacrificing quality for cost….one of the most difficult aspects of baking is educating the consumer on excellence in taste and quality! quality! quality!of baked goods!
